Saadi Rahman

- The Dreamer

Saadi Rahman was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh in 1976. He lived most of his childhood in Dhaka while attending Sunbeams and Green Herald International School then eventually moved to the United States in the early 90's. Being the drummer of his band Incursion in Dhaka, he continued playing in High School at Plano Senior High and in University, while still very much in connection with his music roots via work at Soundwarehouse later Blockbuster Music, and Virgin Megastore in Dallas, Texas. Working a management corporate job for a few years after University he decided to move back to Dhaka and contribute to the entertainment sector...............

Since 2004 it has been quite the journey with jump starting his father's transport company - Sanni Transport, the rejuvenation of the Old Car Club of Bangladesh (OCCB) to the creation of Incursion Music Jam Pads in 2005 and expanding it to Incursion Events, Recording Studio, and later a Record Label; then kickstarting Dhaka Comicon in 2012, to the opening of the first Toy Museum in Bangladesh - Dhaka Museum of Toys in 2013 which eventually led to the first toy convention in Bangladesh - Toycon BD in 2017 which in turn gave birth to PopShop Worldwide - a pop culture marketplace.
